Well, that's my assumption. But the studies could have also been inconclusive, and the companies simply don't think it's worth taking the risk/reward dice roll. I think that's very likely, considering that results would vary significantly based on geographical location.
Also if there were studies, I bet those numbers change dramatically once cable broadband dominates VoIP. |
