low price tier

i was offered the lower tier recently when i ditched comcast. surprisingly, the tier was never available UNTIL verizon FIOS showed up. now i pay $39.95 for 15/2 with verizon, whereas i was paying $56 for 3/384k.

yea, it was a REALLY tough deicision to switch
