I know it is a must that your information is copied <B>exactly</B> as it is on one of your bills from your current provider or else failure or delays will occur. <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/611254"><b>bnbhoha</b></A> : Hello, I've had sunrocket for 5 months now and would like to port my home number over to sunrocket. It never let's me do it online. I enter the correct info on the website and I get a message that says " This number is not eligible for transfer". I've had this number for 15 years and would like to keep it. Is there a reason why it won't transfer. I can't seem to figure it out and I am getting mixed answers from their customer service reps. Thanks]]></description>
