Anon | A typical CLEC Ordered several DSL circuits in the NYC region in order to set up VPN. Was told that all locations were available. Waited 4 weeks after the order for them to tell me that two of the locations were not available. Sales sales force has no technical knowledge (typical promise makers with no troubleshooting ability). First level provisioning people I delt with had no technical knowledge and were new. Senior techs were of course were pretty good, unfortunately they do not handle DSL orders. I got to work with complete lightweights. |
