I'm looking for a formal announcement by the DOD.Like a Request for Bid.I don't care that People on another forum are talking about it.
You won't see a formal bid for it for quite a while, since the network isn't even close to being sold. Instead of making ignorant comments like you did, read the articles and forums and you would have seen that.
ignorance.Sadly you don't know how things are purchased by the government. everything is to the lowest bidder*cough*.Point being how can you say it's being sold when a bid has not bee requested.You my acquaintance are the ignorant one.
Then its obvious that you have no idea how the government purchases things.The network has to be up for sale in order for them to bid on it.
