South Florida Status:- Miami Pop is fully functional, however there are still significant pocket of outages on the BellSouth Telephone Network. We are seeing folks coming back up quicker than originally projected (by the Telco & Power Co).
For a more specific status of a particular line, please call into Technical Support.
As for credits, once a particular service is restored, you can always submit a request to billing@snappydsl.net, with your info / service type and outage particulars.
