None of it is P2P - in my expereince the great majority of whiners about capping were on Kazaa or Limewire or something else...
I am happy about this "upgrade" the down speeds dont matter as much as I'll appreciate the up. YES - this is competition at work - isnt that how it works in this country? Free market - you pick which product you like - if one company out offers anything they can decide to offer more if they want?
The GREAT majority of consumer broadband providers don't allow servers - included FIOS afaik. So stop complain about that - if you want to host a server get a service that will offer you SLA and a Static IP. The grass always seems greener on the otherside, but as I have said before after dealing with CableAmerica(85202), Comcast(19027), PatriotMedia(08873), and COX (89011) - we have it pretty good in Cablevision Land.
