| Rowan University I'm planing on going to RU for music ed. How has everyone liked thier internet as far as speeds? Also, how much of the campus is wireless? I know that the student center is ... I saw the wireless router. Any info would be great! Thanks. |

@rowan.edu | The internet at Rowan isn't great. The internet speed is so so, if you plan on doing online gaming forget it. In september i could play games decent later at night, now theyre unplayable all the time. Don't know what happened. |

It's slow as hell, unless you use a wireless connection in the student center. But as far as using it in the dorms or apts, it's about the speed of an alright DSL connection. |

| Problem is most of the bandwith gets routed to the academic buildings and the dorms get screwed. I just did a speed test in an academic building, 600kb/sec up and down. Last one I did in my dorm room was about 40kb/sec up and down MAX. And game ports and such are given lower priority...it's ridiculous. |
