I have exactly same problem when using PAP2.I thought it was affected by the dialplan setting,so I hang around 2 days with lots of trial.You said the DT-310 works with 2b, can you tell me how can you get that phone adaptor from Vancouver?Is it locked for specific VOIP provider like Vonage?Thanks!
