kudos:1 | Seen this before... Just another empty threat by another high-speed provider. We've seen others do the exact same thing in the past (Comcast)... mail out letters telling of a cap, not telling any of their own employees about a cap and then trying to wiggle out of the statement once people complain that it goes against their own promise of unlimited service.
Nothing more then a company trying to bully its customers with nothing to back up their threat. |
