Oh, and adding a functional failover feature will be helpful too. SR has had non-functional failover for quite some time now for they've kept failing over 'n over! :D

She was very helpful and gave me a ticket # for the faxing issue I had. She referred the issue to level 3 and within 10 minutes level 3 emailed me and said they pushed the firmware needed.
