Then if I make a call or receiver I pause downloads, disconnect Emule, hit stop on Zonealarm, wait about 5 seconds and then it is fine.

I originally had used Gizmo with QOS. I haven't tried Gizmo with Emule without QOS. I evenutally set all computers off and used one sacrifical computer for eMule. Then I turned off the firewalls in the hardware. I then got a HighID.
