| Pretty dumbAll they can do I think, is block inbound VOIP calls. IE Calls which route to their own POTS system. Outbound calls terminating in another Country's POTS system can't be regulated, unless they block all VOIP traffic.
So this is going to save them what? Half the missed revenue? What's it going to cost the ISPs to implement the ban? Pretty dumb!
