The only way this will work is if the fcc makes a rule saying that the total price of all the a la carte channels cannot exceed the price of the package that includes all of those channels.
This way your bill will only go down from the every channel package price when you drop bet, lifetime, oxygen, hsn, azn, and all the other bs channels on tv.
