The NY AG is looking into fraud against NY customers and threatening to sue AOL.

It is funny Time Warner officially dropped AOL from their corporate name and now want to "dump" AOL that cost them $100 billion (no cash) on their balance sheet.

I think AOL founder Steve Case sold them a bill of goods.

Actually, I think AOL bought Time Warner, not
the other way around.
Paid in stock I believe.
Then changed the name to AOL Time Warner and
later dropped the AOL name.
I remember because I stupidly held some stock
at the time.
