It is unlikely that you will need the XML unlock technique. The XML unlock technique is this: If your PAP2 has firmware version 2.0.9, you can use a plain-text XML to unlock it, without changing the firmware. I read this forum and there is toomuch info and is confusing.

Could someone give a step by step guide pls.

In my box, its got serial and MAC address written on it.
