Except for the last time when I didn't correctly change the payment type from the default bank account<br><br>:(:(:(<br><br>I called PayPal.  They can't reverse the transaction - fine.<br><br>I asked them to tell me how to change my default payment type from bank account to credit card - there is none.<br><br>Why not?  Because that's what's printed in the user agreement.<br><br>Obviously, I'm not going to stop using PayPal, but creating a way to change the default payment type should not be a big  issue.]]></description>
