AT&T West → [General] To get to private. What do I do?

I'm having trouble and don't know how to get to make a post private for only sbc technicians to see. I get 130kb/sec down and 60kb/sec up. What is the problem? I am on a Irvine dns server and can't change it myself if I call and ask they say they'll change it but never do. I'm closer to Ventura.

The techs are usually pretty swamped with requests so be patient, they'll get to you as soon as they can. Note that they typically only work weekends so I wouldn't expect a reply until Monday now.

Also, don't reply to your SBCDirect post until one of the techs has replied first. They look for unanswered threads so if they see any replies they may bypass yours, thinking someone else is helping you.
