Try deleting the key again.<br><br>The ZLcommdb.xml in System32 is part of ZoneAlarm. If you dont know what this means it is best to hire somebody to help you fix the problem. There is nothing wrong with the program. It is a great program. The problem is most likely with the state of your computer. Dont count on CA for help. That is one of their few glaring weaknesses-- no support. Good luck.]]></description>

I get a "This program cannot be removed" message.<br><br>CA is giving me the runaround on this matter.  They keep asking me for information I have already given them, never the solution to this buggy program. <br> ]]></description>

My advice would be-<br>1. do a _thorough_ manual uninstallation ***<br>2. defrag your hd<br>3. run ccleaner<br>4. go get a new setup file (i recommend EZ AV 2005 only)<br>5. reinstall<br><br>EZAV 2005 is a great, trouble free app. EZ Armour is OK, but prone to more issues because it includes old ZA.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : Anyone using EZ Armor?  I installed this software but seems like this program is not working.  Windows Security is reporting that the antivirus is turned off but there is no way for me to turn it on.  When I click on eTrust EZ Armor,<br>I get an Advanced Security Status page where I am asked to purchase Zone Alarm.  I tried uninstalling/reinstall the program but it wouldn't uninstall.  Uninstalling it in Safe Mode didn't work either.  I contacted Computer Associate about this and was told to uninstall/reinstall, which I have already done with no success.<br><br>Could someone help me with this?<br>TIA]]></description>
