If Bell South does this, then maybe every search engine and website should block Bell South customers from accessing their web pages in protest until Bell South stops this. Or Google can limit the bandwidth Bell South uses, so if a BS user buys the better tier they will still get slow speeds with google.
This is just going to turn into a big war that just hurts customers!
