What client are you using? set your client to use listen port 1720 and you should be fine.

Well that's interesting. I'm getting adequate transfer speeds after switching to 1720. This port is typically used for H.323... videoconferencing protocol. Hmmm... so it looks like they are throttling ports (and maybe # of active connections). So until they can filter at the application layer... interesting. Hey, I'm a satisfied customer again.

So, I would say they have customers using videoconferencing on their network and they need to garantee QOS for that app. And they need to still give them multiple sessions. Wow!
