Re: Just wait for technick said by huny:You are so right...it is not family oriented. I started working in 2000 and was terminated 10-2005 because I was not 100+% in Sales. It is NOT a family, it is all about the ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR and who ever is not bringing in the bucks...they put you out. I was terminated the day after my husband had a tragic hunting accident...I was scolded when I called from the hospital mid morning, because I did not call in before my tour. I had to come in that after noon to get my term papers. How about that for a good company with good morals and benefits. Sorry about the tragic loss and all, but it is a different story in my office I've seen people work in my office for about a year and never make thier numbers before they get asked to leave. It depends on where you are, I suppose. |
