Older customers are on a rate plan based on $44.95 per month (unless they've upgraded) ... they and all other slower services are on 60GB.  Newer extreme customers and those who've upgraded are on a rate plan based on $46.95 per month and get a 100GB cap.]]></description>

Remember, that the laws of free speech are there to stop government from restricting our right to free speech.  It says absolutely nothing about others inhibiting your right to free speech in areas of their control.<br><br>That said, the fate of the .torrent files is probably simply the effect of throttling and dropped packets.  The .torrent file has a recognizable signature.<br><br>The issue with Telus was not one of violating free speech legislation, but one of denying access to information creating a conflict of interest.]]></description>
