With only "Two Out of Every Five Americans Having Broadband Access at Home," and with only 58.5 percent of all Americans having cable , it's unlikely that any major shift like the one described in this article will happen any time soon.
When broadband/Cable represents a majority of the population, then! We have a long ways to go.
