I'd like to know who authorized the ARRL to become the new BPL approval authority. The last I checked FCC had that authority and already had given the green light some time ago.

The cats authorized them. They control everything. Somehow they get millions of people up in the middle of the night to feed them and let them out. It's amazing the control they have.
