Thanks for the wishes, everyone.

I had a quiet day of working at home and then my lovely wife took me out for dinner at the steakhouse in Circus Circus. After a terrific dinner, we rode up and down The Strip in one of the new double-decker busses called "Deuces". It was a blast.

And no worries about not getting it on the day of my birthday. At my age, I'd rather forget them anyway.

PS: Maxo ... there were no fires or alarms, although an ambulance did go by the bus.
