I use Firetrust's MailWasher Pro. Its a utility that operates separate from your e-mail program. You can selectively choose what is spam, and stop it from getting to your inbox. It also learns over time so most of the spam is automatically blocked. Its a nice little piece of software. I would recommend it.

Fastmail.fm (and tons of domain it offers) comes with a powerful Sieve plug-in, on top of Spamcop. The Sieve filter is customizable for paying customers only though, but very useful for me.
