Lucky for workers not Oklahoma or Texas

It was lucky this was in Florida instead of Oklahoma or Texas. There they shoot trespassers instead of scaring them with a car.

Actually Florida recently passed the "shoot first ask questions later" law. She didn't know her laws too well.

And she would have been convicted of murder since they were probably well within their rights to be diggin there. There is this little thing called a right-of-way that is established by laws in local areas.

DING DING DING!!!! We have a winner!

I would love to see the text (and cases) of the law to make sure that you have to be, or think that you are, in mortal danger of your life.

Utility workers, clearly working as such, do not pose a danger.
