| my 2 cents I know people work hard on their yards and they want to keep them neat, but if they have the right away, then people shouldnt complain, I know you might get mad having them in your yard, but I think Verizon and other utility workers should post a notice on the residents house telling them they will be working in their yard on the right away and that they have permission to do this under xx law. |

I wouldn't care if Verizon had to do surface strip mining of my entire yard,Just hook me up with the damn fiber already.Here's a couple cases of cold Budweiser,to ensure i get fios first. 
Seriously though, the work crews will repair and re-groom,re seed any temporary damage done.
Fiber install 1st, yard work 2nd, a truckload of topsoil is cheap.If that was my wife I'd have put her on a slow boat to China.I guess she doesn't know the difference between a rut and a grave is only the depth, an one can't take that nice looking yard with you.
