At any rate, even if she tried to sue, it would be pretty much summarily dismissed (even if she could find a lawyer to work on her behalf in the first place).

Actually when they installed the fiber for fios around here they not only dig on the county easment but also on your property as well. I dont know why they couldnt put all of it in the county easment. I speaking of the fiber install and not the install to your house btw. |
