First off, utilities have a right of way to install what ever they need to operate. END OF DISCUSSION. You don't get to say whether they can access it or use it. ITS THE LAW they get access and get to use it!
Second, to all the whiners about their yards. GET OVER IT!  VZ or any else cuts up my yard, oh well. The grass will grow back. No I am not going to do anything to help it grow, water, seed, fertilize etc.. What ever condition the utility leaves it in is the state its going to stay.
So VZ quit digging up the whiners yards COME TO MY PLACE!
The benefits of digging at my house:
1) Free VZ Fios Worker parking. I will make sure you have all the places to park any equipment you want
2) Steak, beer, burgers, brats, ON ME!
3) Dig up the yard all you want, I COULD CARE LESS! Its only grass.
4) Neighbors give you any lip, NO problem I can take care of them
VZ Fios impeders.... off with their heads! Or at least turn their phone service off!

Alexandria, VA | Oh man, I wished you were my dad, I can't really have FiOS because my parents don't want them drilling and digging. It's been available in my area since summer, but I'm happy with my 5/2mbps cable Internet anyways.
