3G bandwagon growing; Wimax dying off

Looks like most vendors are jumping on the 3G bandwagon integrating access to the major wireless providers offerings. But Intel's older push for Wimax looks to be dying on the vine. I guess the marketplace is picking the winner and Intel isn't it.

This week. A month from now, they might be doing the exact opposite and putting Wimax chips on their laptops. Too early to tell, IMHO.

Wimax is superior. Cellphone towers are here already.
