I had a tech come and coincidentally it was great for a day or two. Then it went bad again and I have another tech scheduled for Monday supposedly with more equipment. The phone guy actually got some significant loss from him to me so that he was able to justify the higher level tech. I've also had some packet loss problems which caused my CDV to be choppy to those on the other end of my conversations. This problem of intermittent upload speeds and packet loss problems have been occurring since early December.
