I've made sure to specify that in the article. <br><br>Microsoft & Alcatel have locked up the IPTV market via contract with the biggest players in a number of countries.  That "75 regional carriers" mark Siemens has been throwing around a lot the past few months to appease investors; it pales in comparison to deals with major telcos like Verizon, Bell Canada, and AT&T, who'll be deploying to millions of customers, not scattered thousands.<br><br>So they are way ahead in the U.S., UK, and Canada.]]></description>
