I have a razr from cingular its can use bluetooth or usb with a the program that motorola(mpt) has that go with the phone that lets you get wallpaper, ringtones and mp3s for free in the verizon razr they blocked that feature so their customers can keep paying for ringtones and wallpapers from them (verizon)
