After reviewing about 30 DSL providers (many claiming after contacting them that they couldn't provide service). I settled on 1stConnect. This is a Small Business account with the 32 Static IPs at $220/mo. DSL service will actually come through their partner of Covad. Signup and Sales support was very good (talked with Laura). Sales was not afraid to go ask answers to some of my more detailed questions.
