| If traffic type was 'ethnic' he'd be a Racist. Not being ambiguous as to the types of traffic their subscribers are using is class case of prejudice. It one thing to monitor and react to virus, hacking, etc., but its completely something different to inhibit user behavior because they are simply using their paid-for service.
BTW, is the use of BT in the AUP/TOS for RCN? If so, then they are within their right to abuse their subscribers, otherwise they are what they are and no better than a virus. |
