LGM2 : When I first tried it in Firefox, I also got a page telling me to turn off the popup blocker. I thought it would be just quicker to open IE and try it there. But then I also got the page about the popup blocker there, which is strange because as far as I know, IE has no popup blocker. So I went back into Firefox and just enabled popups for that website. Then it worked fine.

I suggest going to mozilla.com and downloading Firefox. Once installed, go to Options>Content and enable the popup blocker which is great, but enter www.dmc.go.com (the Disney site) into the list of allowed sites. I don't know how anyone can browse these days without a popup blocker. Popups used to drive me crazy before I used Netscape and Firefox which have had blockers for quite some time.

By the way ecdiamond, your speed seems fine so I think it's probably the browser issue. Try Firefox and it should work.
