Yea, I'm missing the point here too. If I were going to put something in the oven before work at say like 8 am, by the time I connect at 4pm to tell the oven to cook it, well the food has already gone bad. Isn't much that can be put in the oven that early like that. -- Like Metal? -- Shined!
Edit: I should have read more first, I didn't realize that both top and bottom refridgerate too...
