 | Way to be a people person, asshat. I listened to both of the phone calls...what a joke! Firstly, the 'friend' sounds like he's about to cry throughout the course of the call, and boy does he make some stupid statements/threats..."people are gonna be writing articles about magazines!"...."ITS AN EMERGENCY"...."your website says 24/7 sales and support!" listen to this friggin guy! He seems to not be contented with proving to the godaddy rep that he's an asshat, and so here he is making sure the entire world knows!
People, this is NOT THE WAY TO DEAL WITH TECH SUPPORT! It doesn't matter if they're idiots, it doesnt matter if they shut down the hugest datacenter ever (datacenter? please. who wants to bet it's some colo'ed boxes sitting in somebody else's *real* datacenter. this whole domain of theirs smells of a bunch of pathetic 3rd rate reseller hosting company wannabes), it doesn't matter if they killed your granny! Talking stupid shit to the tech support guys isn't going to help. Arguing with the phone droid who can't really help you and refusing to follow instructions will get you NOWHERE, no matter how many times you repeat that they've "shut down an entire datacentre" and that "this is an...emergency!". So now he's made at least two enemies at godaddy support, in addition to showing anybody interested in nectartech.com that they're a bunch of clueless asshats. Seriously, who the hell points all their hosted domains at ONE nameserver domain? That's sheer idiocy! The folks at nectartech.com have done the internet a public service by showing the world that they're f***ing clueless and should not be hosting anybody's websites. | |
