I just got notified that Cyberonic will "upgrade" the DSL service to some other provider (apparently Covad, but they don't state that). I would really like to keep my current MCI DSL connection and wonder if there are any ISPs left still reselling the 1536/768 ADSL plan with static IP ? -- Got some spare cpu cycles ? Join Team Helix or Team Starfire!
I'm on Digizip that is using this plan. They also stopped accepting new customers on Worldcom DSL plans. Maybe some emails with Cyberonic and Digizip could help you transfer over without losing service. So far, Digizip hasn't notified me about switching DSL providers.
