Was this a joke email? If I got someone saying they had contact the FBI over something like using my freedom I would laugh. This is not to even mention being worried about his "USlawyer" it sounds like he should focus more on learning the language or let his USlawyer talk for him. Maybe I am just laughing so hard because I read his email in my best Russian or Eastern accent. Try that guys..you will laugh your ass off.
If it is as bad as I have heard then they should be exposed.
