I think you mean a bit faster than 3/2 as in 30/2 as I have 15/2 from Road Runner in addition to my 3/768 VZ line.

I live in a huge MDU in NY not 5 stories in a small town. From all reports FIOS isn't even on Verizon's radar yet for NY MDU's. Anyway "likely never" isn't the same as saying "never" But that is good to read. Thanks for the URL.
