 | You folks should move over to either the beta uTorrent or latest Azureus and ENABLE encryption (it's NOT fully enabled by default because most people don't need it).
If you're torrents are really slow most of the time, and you chose uTorrent, then goto the options and under 'Other Options' set encryption to "Forced" and untick "Enabled legacy connections". This forces the uTorrent client to only establish encrypted connections with other peers that support encryption (uTorrent 141B and Azureus 2400 onlt at present).
That's gonna be about your best bet at the moment for getting past Roger's traffic shapers. |

Absolutly make sure your firewall and router are right. You might think, "well it IS right". If the program reports you have NAT problems, then something isn't right. -- »monctonhigh.ca
