well i guess they found a way of blocking BT on 1720 without hurtin the VOIP

I worked in tech suport for a major OEM years ago. We got 15$ a call for every call over 2 minutes for home users. 30 to 50$ or more for high end business calls on the big iron. We got in trouble if the client called back in a brief period especially if the problem wasn't fixed. If Rogers is getting on your nerves remember this when you call. Every time you stay on over 2 minutes they pay. Someone please anon post what it costs per call.;)

So don't think it has no effect. That is a carefully designed illusion. It must be at least 10$ per tech support call. Call 10 times and Ted is out 100$.TEd complains, the outsourcers get reamed for not fixing the problem in a timely manner. They demand more money for better quality support, Rogers demands quicker solutions to problems. And on and on,...

I am devilishly evil aren't I?
