Only the big fish get any attention from law enforcement. Unfortunately criminals know that their chances of being caught are negligible. Even criminals within our juristiction have little to worry about. Despite having turned over prima facia evidence of over a $150,000 cyber crime to the feds, that led to the front door of this California couple. Six months later they are still out there enjoying the fruits of their crimes.
