Giving open access to the public violates many of the terms not to mention on one day you may be spending thousands hiring a lawyer cause you have to defend a action from the RIAA or MPAA, cause someone decided to do some downloading...<br><br>This IDEA STINKS and is ROTTEN to the core!<br><br>It only makes money for them and causes headaches for us....]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I know the EULA through my ISP explicitely states that I am not permitted to either lease or give it away for free.<br><br>As much as I may applaud the idea, it kills their business model if by servicing me they lose 5 near by potential customers.<br><br>Counter intuitive.  Better to go with a comunity coming together and setting up their own ISP.  Not that I think that would work either, in the long run.]]></description>
