SBC gets you on the locally regulated line, AT&T gets you on the LD portion.
They wish to apply that kind of logic to the web...

If these telcos thought that the Internet didn't have a high enough profit margin for them, they shouldn't have started ISPs. If by some rediculous reason they actually try this and the cable services don't, it'll only take one sentence to convince everyone I know on DSL to get off.
