<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/564018"><b>Shack</b></A> :   In my mind the ideal setup would be the City building a Fiber network that multiple ISPs could utilize paying the city for the service.  It seems like the best and perhaps only way to get true competition beyond a telco and a cableco.  Right of ways to bury fiber is not easy or affordable to obtain for a 3rd party.]]></description>
