<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/413670"><b>xrobertcmx</b></A> : I thought we had one.  I was under the impression that the FCC and several states hoped to promote broadband penetration by selling out to the Ilecs and Cable Companies.  We deregulate and give them what they want and everyone gets some kind of half baked internet service.<br>But that was just my impression.
